Thank you for your interest in Amplify Desmos Math! We’re glad you’re here and we’re excited to support you in teaching the program next year.

We learned from the numerous teachers and students across the country implementing Amplify Desmos Math, and we’re thrilled to bring you enhancements for the 2025–2026 school year. These respond to student and educator needs, as well as fully build out some aspects of the curriculum.

We can’t wait for you to start teaching Amplify Desmos Math. You can learn more about these updates—like the brand-new materials— below to help you know what to expect.

Here's some helpful information for your year ahead and what to expect for the transition from the 2024–25 Beta Release to Commercial Release in 2025–26.

📚 Updated materials

  • We’ve streamlined design in the Teacher Edition and Student Edition, with fewer pages for students and teachers to navigate. The K–5 and A1 Teacher Editions and Student Editions will be organized into two volumes in 2025–26.
  • In addition to the Teacher Edition, new teacher resources also include:
    • Assessment and Lesson Resources
    • Centers Resources (K–5 only)
    • Intervention and Extension Resources
    • Math Language Development Resources
    • Looking for more practice? An Additional Practice ancillary for teachers (and a student consumable workbook!) is also newly available.
  • Full-year print materials will ship beginning in June 2025.  Digital updates go live in July 2025.

📝 Streamlined Centers and new Centers Kits

  • Centers are an integral part of the K–5 Amplify Desmos Math curriculum, so we made planning and implementing them a seamless experience for teachers. We developed Centers Kits for easy grab-and-go use and include all printed materials needed, organized and pre-packaged by Center and Center stage.
  • To help make planning easier, we teachers will see one Center recommendation in differentiation for each lesson, rather than multiple Centers to choose from.
  • We prioritized Center recommendations that have already been introduced in the lesson or were recently used, so teachers already have the materials ready.

💻 Digital enhancements

  • K–5 student-facing PDFs will be editable Google Docs for the 2025–26 school year! This means all student-facing materials will be more customizable for teachers to copy to better meet the needs of their classes.
  • You’ll also see additional enhancements to digital lessons, additional differentiation, Spanish translation of student-facing materials, expanded teacher and caregiver support, and more!
  • We’ve also developed more robust Fluency Practice and Math Adventures games for more independent opportunities to support and stretch student learning.

♾️ A full, comprehensive math experience

  • Teachers can now find everything they need in their math classroom in one place—with screening and progress monitoring, core instruction, and integrated personalized learning that works together to support data-driven instruction. Starting in the 2025-2026 school year, the complete mCLASS Assessments and Boost Personalized Learning experience will be fully integrated into Amplify Desmos Math.
  • Teachers can lean on the mCLASS Benchmark and Progress Monitoring assessments to measure proficiency, reveal underlying mathematical thinking, and inform instructional support for every learner. You can explore the assessment here.
  • The enhanced Boost Personalized Learning activities provide students with individualized, targeted support through engaging 15-minute independent digital activities every day. Aligned to every lesson of Amplify Desmos Math, Boost Personalized Learning activities adjust to individual needs by providing feedback that directly responds to student thinking, with intervention support that adjusts to students’ needs. Teachers will also see recommended activities informed by mCLASS Assessment and unit performance.
