Amplify’s Science of Reading Summer Learning Series takes place in June and July, following the Spring Science of Reading Summit. The series will be held on two days and features two live sessions: Tuesday, June 24 at 3 p.m. ET/12 p.m. PT, and Tuesday, July 22 at 3 p.m. ET/12 p.m. PT. We will also share additional resources for you to continue learning on your own schedule.
Yes! Both sessions will be recorded, and you will receive an email with the recording link for each session you register for. You will also receive a certificate of completion for any session you attend live.

The summit was a virtual event that focused on the relationship between reading, writing, and language, and took place May 15, 2025. Speakers included Young-Suk Grace Kim, Ed.D., professor at University of California, Irvine; Jane Oakhill, Ph.D., professor at University of Sussex; Hugh Catts, Ph.D., professor at Florida State University; and the winners of the 2025 Science of Reading Star Awards. If you missed it, you can still register and watch the recordings. In the Science of Reading Summer Learning Series, Susan Lambert will be unpacking what was shared during the summit for further learning, discussion, and practical application.
No. The Science of Reading Summer Learning Series does not provide CE credits, but you will receive certificates of attendance for all sessions you attend live to take back to your district.
