[Submit entry](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdnAQAdBn_7PbuNpqXS_ORZZSJf0-YISTPfByDmZA5J8G9_PQ/viewform?usp=preview) ### How it works: - Students create a free account at [polypad.amplify.com](https://polypad.amplify.com/p) or sign in to begin building and saving their work. - Students 15 and older can complete this submission form by **May 6, 2026**. For students under the age of 15, the form should be completed by a teacher, parent, or guardian. - We'll review submissions across different age groups, then announce winners on **June 3, 2026.** - Five winning entries in each age group per category will earn a $50 gift-card prize! Entrants can submit multiple entries, but can only win one prize. ### Who can enter? Any student who is 18 years old or younger as of May 6, 2026, can enter. Winners will be selected in the following age groups: - Up to 11 years old - 12 to 15 years old - 16 to 18 years old ### Submissions can be entered in one of two ways: #### Most popular: Enter your favorite art and music. Students create their favorite pieces of artwork and musical compositions using our free Polypad virtual manipulatives. Bring storytelling and art into K–5 math!
