Planning a Lesson/Unit
This session will dive deeper into the tools you have to plan the units and lessons in your Amplify literacy classroom. We will look at the unit big picture first, then dive into a lesson.
There will be time for Q&A at the end of each session.

What Does Amplify's Texas Elementary Literacy Program Look Like: Parts 1 and 2 model lessons
This session will guide you through what a lesson should look like in your classroom. You will be the student, and our master educational consultant will act as the classroom teacher. To get the best understanding of Amplify’s lessons, you will want to attend both sessions.

Amplify Leadership: Parts 1, 2, & 3
K–5 Leaders
Over this three-part series, leaders will continue to elevate program knowledge to support colleagues with effective Amplify Texas Elementary Literacy Program (ELP) implementation. Leaders will practice analyzing Amplify TX ELP lessons and identify key instructional elements and next steps to support a successful implementation. Participants will be prepared to provide meaningful feedback and enhance classroom observations.

6–8 Leaders
Over this three-part series, district and school-level instructional leaders will be provided with an overview of Amplify ELAR Texas so that they can support their staff in implementing Amplify. Leaders will learn basic navigation and gain an understanding of Amplify’s approach to reading, writing, and language instruction. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn how to best support teachers by developing a school-wide implementation plan as well as learning strategies for effective classroom observations.
