Happy Native American Heritage Month! We owe many of our education milestones to Native Americans—from mathematical principles to governmental models. While we're grateful all year round, we put a special emphasis on celebrating these contributions and the culture and heritage of Native Americans during the month of November.

You have a lot on your plate, and each month this newsletter aims to deliver the most important insights and updates to support you as you shape the minds of future generations. Did you know we have an archive library of Amplify Science newsletters? If you’ve missed an issue, our Amplify newsletter archive is a great place to explore recent highlights, tips for the classroom, educator spotlights, and more.

You can also relive the learning from our recent webinar series, Back to Basics: Getting started with Amplify Science, now available on start.amplify.com/bonus. Replays and checklists for all three sessions can help you brush up on Amplify Science or catch up on any insights you may have missed!

We're thankful for all that you do, today and everyday. Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Amplify!

Exciting updates have been released for Amplify's K–5 Interactive Classroom experience!

As of November 2, teachers with Interactive Classroom licenses can assign digital lessons within Amplify, navigate a streamlined curriculum platform, and teach with pacing controls. Students can then easily access assignments from a new home page and respond to digital worksheets with audio recordings, image uploads, drawings, or text boxes. Spotlight

Maddy Mandon

KIPP Central City Primary, New Orleans

“Maddy is a spotlight Amplify teacher because of her passion, creativity, and flexibility last school year. She was teaching Amplify Science both in person AND virtually since the very beginning of the school year and never fails to make science come to life for her students. Whether asking them to make connections to things they see in their daily lives or having them model plate tectonics on Zoom using materials they found around their houses, she lives for making science fun, engaging, and dynamic.”
