“I'm nominating my elementary teachers who are teaching our students who are fully remote during this pandemic. Our teachers have implemented the Amplify Reading program into their ELA curriculum by using it as a virtual center rotation for when they are meeting with their small groups for 30 minutes per day. Through their Google Classroom Meet they had to teach students as young as five years old how to log onto AR using the URL and username/password option. Kudos to them for being tech support as well as classroom teachers!” — Diane Zukowski, Literacy Facilitator

Tips for teachers |
Have you played the Connect It! comprehension process game?
Connectives are special words that tie clauses, sentences, and ideas together. They signal that two ideas are related and give insight into exactly how. Amplify Reading students engage in this practice along their personalized learning journey, and you can reinforce this practice in your own classroom!
