💬 Advice and answers

Did you miss our biggest Science of Reading event ever?

Our new ebook, Navigating the Shift to Evidence-Based Literacy Instruction: 6 takeaways from Amplify’s Science of Reading: The Symposium compiles wisdom from global literacy experts like Kymyona Burk, Ph.D.; Natalie Wexler; and others to strengthen literacy instruction in your classroom.

How do I print the progress monitoring graphs for mCLASS and mCLASS Lectura?

Progress monitoring graphs are a helpful resource to review and share with caregivers. Progress monitoring graphs are available for each skill through the Student Summary Progress Report. They show student performance on each progress monitoring assessment in relation to the benchmark performance levels (red, yellow, green, blue) and the benchmark goal for the subtest at each time of year.

To print these graphs:

  1. Select the Print icon from any report page in the Report Navigation bar.
  2. Select All PM Graphs from the print list.
  3. Select Print.

When should I send Home Connect letters to caregivers?

The perfect time to share Home Connect letters with your students' caregivers is right after your students take their midyear benchmark assessments.

To print these letters:

  1. Select the Home Connect tab in the Report Navigation bar when logged into mCLASS® and/or mCLASS Lectura.
  2. Select the appropriate language, English or Spanish, that you’d like to print for each student in your class.
  3. Select Download PDF.
